1. In line with the thrust of the region to promote Transparent, Ethical and Accountable (TEA) Governance, the Office of the Regional Director thru
the ICT Unit will launch the Transparent, Ethical and Accountable Document Tracking System (TEADoc).
2. The system aims to:
a. strengthen efficiency of services through technologically enabled systems;
b. promote transparency and accountability through monitoring the status of transactions in the region;
c. provide access to different stakeholders on the status of their documents.
