Attached is the letter from Ms. Armabelle C. Campaña, Sports Development Officer and approved by Hon. Elpidio “Pidi” F. Barzaga, Jr. City Mayor of the City Government of Dasmariñas re: 2016 BATANG PINOY NATIONAL SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP.
In this light, all official delegates listed in the aforementioned are excused in their classes provided that all School Heads and teachers should provide necessary measures so that student players can cope with their academic requirements by giving modules and/or take home exercises/ assignments. While, coaches and consultants are advised to report to their respective School Head so that arrangement could be made to ensure that there will be no disruption of classes.
Furthermore, travel order from the Regional Office thru this office should be secured.
