Relative to the participation of Dasmariñas City Delegation to the 2019 Calabarzon Heroes Games this coming February 11-15, 2019 at Sta. Rosa City, we would like to inform your good office that the screening and evaluation of athletes’ documents shall be held on February 4-8, 2019 at the Regional Screening Headquarters, Division of Sta. Rosa City. Likewise, members of the Regional Screening and Accreditation Committee are required to report from February 4-15, 2019. See attached enclosure of screening committee.
The departure of Dasmariñas Delegation bound to Sta . Rosa City (Pulong Sta. Cruz Elem. School) will be on February 6, 2019 (Wednesday) 6:30 AM sharp and the point of assembly will be at Dasmariñas Integrated High School Playing Field.
Dasmariñas delegation, athletes, coaches, chaperons, trainers, and officiating officials who will join the departure should be at the assembly area earlier than the scheduled time. Please see attached list of names for your reference. Officiating officials, however, shall report and attend the solidarity meeting /refresher course two (2) days before the opening of the meet.
Schools Heads within the Division are expected to provide all athletes with learning intervention as part of their academic program to compensate for missed lessons. Likewise, school heads concerned shall take responsibility in assigning competent teacher/s to handle affected classes in compliance with 200 days non- negotiable teacher- pupils/students contact time.
