By the virtue of the DM 053, s. 2020 titled Joint Implementing Guidelines on the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Op/an Balik Eskwela Relative to the COVID-19 Situation and with the increasing CO VI D-1 9 cases in the city, the conduct of physical cleaning, painting, repainting, beautification, landscaping, electrical works and installations, and other activities involving volunteers two weeks before August 24, 2020 is cancelled. However, all schools shall submit the usual reporting templates and documentation on September 18, 2020.
By this, it is understood that no teacher shall report to school for the purpose of Brigada Eskwela.
The following shall be observed in the next weeks until the end of Brigada Eskwela Program on August 29, 2020:
Donations
1. Schools shall designate specific area for donation turn-over. Preferably, at a location where donors do not need to enter the school premises anymore.
2. Designated person who will receive donations shall be in minimum personal protective equipment. As much as possible, donations shall not be touched by the attendant unless disinfected.
3. Use usual forms in recording donations.
