Relative to DepEd Order No.063, s.2022 titled 2022 Oplan Balik Eslcwela with the theme, “Kapit-Bisig Para sa Mos Ligtas na Balik-Aral”, this Office announces the opening of DepEd Dasma Public Assistance Command Center – a client assistance helpdesk from August 15 to 26,2022. It aims to address problems, queries and other concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the school year.
Walk-in clients shall be accommodated in the Second Floor of Bulwagang SiGaSig while other assistance shall be provided through phone calls, text messaging and online platforms to ensure that all information are captured by the OBE- Division PACC Task Force.
In view of the foregoing, the orientation of Division OBE PACC Task Force, School Heads, School Information Coordinator is scheduled on Friday, August 12, 1PM-3PM via Zoom. Attached in this Memorandum are the composition of the OBE- Division PACC Task Force and their terms of reference.
