In reference to DM-CI-2022-124 and the Regional Memorandum dated April 22, 2022, the Bureau of Curriculum Development (BCD) will conduct the 3rd National Art Contest on April 30, 2022.
The contest aims to:
1. to celebrate the Peace Treaty between the Philippines and Japan;
2. to showcase the talents of Filipino learners at the elementary level in the arts, specifically in painting; and
3. reflect the depth of the learner’s knowledge and understanding of the friendship between the Philippines and Japan.
