To prevent unauthorized printing, reproduction, and distribution of PIVOT 4A Learner’s Materials (Modules) before they are officially released to the public for the use of learners in the Division of Dasmariñas City, all education program supervisors and school heads who will be provided with the advance soft copy thereof are directed to sign the attached Undertaking of Confidentiality.
The copy of the said undertaking is available at the office of the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) for original signing. The said officials shall provide CID with a photocopy of their valid government issued identification card upon signing.
The teachers who will be provided with advance copies of the module must ensure that they will be utilized for the crafting of their weekly plans (weekly home learning plan/ lesson exemplar, whichever is applicable) as part of their preparation prior the opening of classes only. The copies provided to them must not be printed, reproduced or distributed in any form to the public without consent from CID to ensure that no advance copies of the said module are accessed by the public before their official release.
