Relative to Division Memorandum No. 152, s. 2022 re: Clarification on the Administration of Year-End Assessment through E-LAMP, this Office informs the field that the participating learners are only those who:
a. are currently enrolled as Grade 6, Grade 10, and Grade 12
b. are enrolled in the ODL modality
c. have strong internet connectivity
d. have laptop/desktop
e. have parent’s consent ( Participation is purely voluntary.)
In addition, the schools shall accomplish Enclosure 2 and Enclosure 3 attached in the issued Division Memorandum No. 151 s. 2022 and submit these enclosures to the respective Public Schools District Supervisors on or before June 21, 2022.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
