In consonance with DepEd Memorandum No.005, s. 2019 re: Monitoring of the Administration of the Basic Education Exit Assessment (BEEA) for SY 2018 – 2019, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of division monitoring of the administration of BEEA to all Grade 12 students in public and
private schools from February 13 to 14, 2019.
It is understood that the monitoring personnel shall exhaust all efforts to cover all schools in their
cluster.
The composition of the division monitoring team for the clustered schools is indicated in Enclosure No. 1, Division Memorandum dated February 12, 2019.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
