Relative to Division Memorandum No. 003, s. 2019 re: National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2019 dated January 4, 2019, the field is hereby informed of the additional participants to the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2019.
This is to reiterate also that registration fee and other relative expenses of the participants whose names appear on the official list shall be charged from MOOE or canteen funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from private schools shall make necessary arrangements with their institution in connection with their expenses.
Attached herewith is the list of additional participants to NSPC 2019.
