In compliance to the notice issued by DepEd Central Office External Partnerships Service, which was received by this Office on September 18, 2019, all School Heads and Partnership Focal Persons/Adopt-a-School Coordinators are hereby informed of the following additional notes in the submission
of the quarterly school partnerships data report:
• First quarter to third quarter partnerships data reports shall be accomplished and uploaded in the DepEd Partnerships Database System (DPDS) live site at www.partnershipsdatabase.deped.gov.ph
• The first and second quarter reports submitted to the Division Office are available at bit.ly/2019PDSreports. The third quarter report shall be accomplished per school and be uploaded in the DPDS along with the first two reports.
• To access the site, refer to the steps in the attached notice (Enclosure 1). Alternatively, you may review the detailed guide discussed during the DPDS Orientation and provided to schools through the link: bit.ly/DPDSfiIes.
• The site will be open to accept the first, second, and third quarterly reports until September 25, 2019 only.
