Enclosed are DepEd Unnumbered Memorandum dated August 6, 2019 re: Provision of Insecticidal Nets for Schools Against Dengue and Regional Memorandum RM-19-501 which strongly emphasizes the strict observance of the preventive measures against Dengue.
Furthermore, for the schools interested to install Long Lasting Insecticide Treated Nets (LLIN), these are permethrin treated nets which can last for five (5) years and installed on the doors and windows, request can be addressed to Eduardo C. Janairo, M.D., M.P.H., CESO III Director IV, DoH Center for Health Development CALABARZON attention: Mr. Jomell Mojica Nurse V, Regional Dengue Prevention and Control Program Coordinator, mojicajomell@yahoo.com and vectorbornechd4a@gmail.com. Please request assistance from Engr. Aiza Bulaon, Division Engineer, in measuring the length and width of areas to be covered and indicate in the request. One (1) roll of LLIN has 1.5m width and 25m length. Installation costs should be shouldered by requesting school.
