With reference to Division Memorandum no. 222, s. 2020 re: Oath-Taking Ceremony of the Newly Promoted and Reclassified Teaching and Non- Teaching Personnel, participants are directed to attend the pre-event shoot on January 25, 2021 via Google Meet (meet.google.com/eaw-phmf-kwu).
Participants to this activity shall:
1. follow the schedule below:
| PARTICIPANTS | TIME |
| Teaching Personnel | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM |
| Non-Teaching Personnel | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM |
2. wear prescribed DepEd uniform; and
3. have solid white background/ pre-set blurred background in Google Meet during the entire duration of the video shoot.
