The primary agenda of this meeting is to discuss the mechanics of the regional level
contest, evaluation of the initial storybook illustration drafts, and the finalization of
the storybook entries for submission.
School heads are advised to excuse the following teachers from their classes and
ensure continuity of instruction during the time mentioned above.
