Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum 161 s. 2019, the theme of the 2019 NATIONAL OBSERVANCE OF THE FILIPINO VALUES MONTH is Pamilyang Filipino Patatagin: Susi sa Paghubog ng Kabataang Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa. Conduct of activities should be in accordance with DepEd Order No. 9 s. 2015 re: instituting measures to increase engage time-on task in teaching.
