Relative to DM-PHROD-2020-0010 re: Guidelines on the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System for School Year 2020-2021, this Office hereby directs the field to align their OPCRF (Office Performance Commitment and Review Form) and IPCRF (Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form) to the Division OPCRF 2021.
