Pursuant to the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of Education (DepEd), through its External Partnerships Service (EPS), and with Nestle Philippines Inc. (NPI)-Bear Brand Fortified Powdered Filled Milk Drink in October 2017, Aug Batang Matibay 2022 Awards aims to honor grade school learners who have demonstrated resilience amidst adversities in life. This is in line with Laki sa Tibay 2.0 Program that promotes school nutrition education for parents, teachers, and learners.
