With the yearning of this Division Office to serve solution for one of the common and most perennial challenges during enrolment which is the submission of birth certificate, it proposed to the City Government of Dasmariñas a joint program to which the Hon. Mayor Jennifer Austria-Barzaga acted right away. A coordination meeting was immediately called together with Hon. Aquino Garcia, Ms. Vina San Gabriel, and the Division Representative.
As a result of the meeting, all unregistered enrolled learners shall be facilitated by the City Government and the PSA for free registration through a scheduled caravan, while learners without birth certificate shall be offered with a discounted price of
P160.00.
Anent this, the schools shall submit the complete list of unregistered learners (based on their submitted number through the Social Mobilization and Networking Section) by creating a profile of learners’ name, birthdate, mother’s name, father’s name on an excel file. The list must be submitted to sgod.dasmacityadeped.gov.ph with the subject name FOR PSA REGISTRATION on or before August 30, 2022.
In addition, information sheets for the unregistered learners are now available for the following schools:
1. Bautista ES – 15 pcs.
2. Dr. Jose P. Rizal ES – 8 pcs.
3. Dasmarinas II CS – 19 pcs.
4. Delfin J. Jaranilla ES – 5 pcs.
