The field is hereby informed of the assigned billeting for the 2023 Regional Athletic Association Meet on March 24-26 April 1-2, 15-16, 2023. All concerned schools are anticipated to prepare the sleeping quarters, dining area, restrooms, and other facilities needed relevant to the conduct of the sports meet.
Anent this, all concerned school heads shall attend the first part of the Regional Management Committee Meeting on February 28, 2023, 01:00pm, at NCST Multipurpose Hall to personally meet the schools division superintendents of the division assigned to their respective schools.
Attached to this Memorandum is the list of billeting and along with the assigned delegations’ details.
