The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Cavite Council will conduct a scouting advancement-program thru “2019 Council-wide Jamboree” on November 14— 17, 2019 at Brgy. Kaong, Silang, Cavite with the theme: “Scouting: Commitment to Excellence”.
Attached herewith is the Council Memo No. 8, s. 2019 from Sctr. Wahy E. Heradura, BSP Council Scout Executive, for further details relevant to the said activity.
Prospective Scouts, Scouters, and Scout Masters must be endorsed by their respective school heads. The endorsement must be submitted to the Division Office not later than November 7, 2019 for the Division consolidation of participants. Only those names of Scouts, Scouters, and Scout Masters that
would be listed in the consolidation of participants and Division Travel Order are allowed to go to the
said activity.
To ensure a good ratio of parental authority, one Scout Master is to eight Scouts are permitted to join.
