Attached herewith is a letter from Philippine Center for Gifted Education (PCGE), a non-stock, nonprofit organization advocating for equitable access for programs and services in gifted education in the Philippines, particularly in the areas of identifying and nurturing potentially gifted individual. They are calling for nominations for the Search for the “Mga Bagong Rizal” (MBR) with the theme; “Pilipinong Pantas, Alab ng Pagbabago-Handog ng PCGE sa Sambayanan at sa Mundo.”
