Relevant to Division Unnumbered Memorandum No. 512, s. 2022 citing the submission of Special Order documents from previous years up to present and in reiteration of the provisions of DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2018 regarding the “Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Orders for the Approval of the Eligibility for Graduation from Senior High School of Grade 12 Learners Enrolled in Private Schools/ Colleges and Technical-Vocational Institutions (TVIs) for School Year 2017-2018”, this Office through the School Governance 86 Operations Division (SGOD) and the Curriculum & Implementation Division (CID) shall conduct the joint evaluation and checking of submitted SO documents per team on February 20-24, 2023.
Concerned private schools shall send official representatives during the specified dates. Proposed venues are the 2nd floor of SDO Sigasig building, DIHS Libray and Alternative Learning System (ALS) building at Dasmarinas II Central School. An Addendum shall be released for the final venue per Team.
