In reference to OUF-2022-0271, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) announces the opening of the call for proposals for the FY 2023 NCCA Competitive Grants Program.
Civil Society Organizations, Peoples Organizations, Indigenous Peoples Organizations, Individuals, Local Government Units, Government Agencies, State Universities/ Colleges, and Public Schools may submit their project proposal on culture and art which will be implemented in FY 2023.
