Attached is a copy of the letter of Dasmariñas National High School addressed to Dr. MANUELA S. TOLENTINO re: ADOLESCENT FORUM ON RELEVANT TEENAGE ISSUES on August 30, 2017.
Target participants for this activity are Ten (10) student representatives and One (1) Guidance Counselor from Junior High School of all Public Secondary Schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
In connection to this, School Heads are advised to seek parental consent of the students who will attend to the said activity and assure their security. Enclosed is the communication letter, Regional Memorandum, and matrix of the seminar.
Immediate dissemination and appropriate action for this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
