Relative to Regional Memorandum dated August 09, 2021, the field is hereby informed that the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) issues the CLMD4A Budget of Work (BOW) which provides details on how most essential learning competencies (MELC) and enabling competencies should be divided and distributed per quarter.
All public school teachers and curriculum managers are encouraged to follow the designed budget of work in developing learning resources and also in conducting monitoring and evaluation.
