Relative to the hereto attached Unnumbered Memorandum from Reynaldo D. Laguda, Undersecretary for Finance and Administration of Department of Education, all DepEd offices are directed to conduct Earthquake Drills on April 21, 2016 at 9AM.
However, due to the conduct of schedule of Division Performance Review on April 19-21, 2016, this office will be conducting the post earthquake drill on April 25, 2016, Monday at 9AM.
An orientation prior to this activity will be conducted by the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and the Bureau of Fire Protection on April 25, 2016 at 9AM at the Division Office conference room.This will be attended by all division personnel.
Immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is hereby desired.
