In compliance to the DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2014, re: Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the Kindergarten Catch Up Education Program (KCEP) this Division shall conduct the 2016 Kindergarten Catch Up Education Program starting April 11, 2016 to May 7, 2016, simultaneous in all elementary school in our Division. This refers to the Eight-week Kindergarten program of DepEd given during summer for prospective Grade I enrollees who have not attended or completed kindergarten classes as a pre-requisite for Grade I.
Corresponding service credit shall be given to Kindergarten teachers who will serve as facilitators during the conduct of the said activity as per DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.
The Education Program Supervisor of Kindergarten, Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) and School Heads shall monitor its conduct.
