Pursuant to the hereto attached DepEd Memorandum dated 2 September 2016 re: 3rd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2016, all public elementary and secondary schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas are hereby enjoined to conduct the 3 11 Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on 28 September 2016, 9:00 AM.
Report of the drill conducted will be submitted by respective schools to the Division SGOD office for consolidation using the attached template on or before October 3, 2016.
