Relative to the BSP Council Memorandum Number 04 s. 2018 regarding the conduct of Patrol Leaders Training Course and Crew Leaders Training Course on August 17-19, 2018 at Imus Pilot Elementary School, Imus City, this Office hereby informs the field that the training is a three-day course to be participated by potential scout and scouters that aims to enable the Patrol Leader (PL) and Crew Leader (CL) identify his role duties and responsibilities; demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill his role as PL and CL; and gain a deeper understanding of scouting aims and methods necessary in the use of scouting techniques…..
