In support to Division Memorandum No. 71 s. 2018 entitled Medical and Dental Health Inspection of Learners, this is to inform the field that there will be a second visit to schools for medical and dental inspection of learners.
Schedule of schools to be visited would be determined after the conduct of the initial medical and dental inspection of ALL elementary and secondary schools.
Basis of the revisit would be the number of absentees or the percentage inspected for each schools during the initial inspection.
