In view of the operationalization of SMEA in this Division, the field is hereby informed to conduct the Annual Performance Implementation Review (APIR) on or before December 10, 2021 to discuss among internal stakeholders the bottlenecks, issues and concerns, problems and challenges met in the implementation of school PPAs during the Fiscal Year 2021 and the red flags identified in the performance dashboard in preparation for the crafting of AIP/WFP for Fiscal Year 2022.
