This Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) shall conduct the Division Diagnostic Test for SY 2022-2023 on September 6-9, 2022 for all public elementary to junior high schools.
The conduct of the said test aims to:
1. Gather baseline data of learners’ knowledge based on the standard competencies.
2. Develop appropriate instructional intervention and customized technical assistance/support to schools.
Further, schools are provided with leeway as to what modality they will use in the administration of the test. Schools may use paper and pencil, via online, and a combination of online and paper and pencil test.
Moreover, should they choose the diagnostic test, the test items shall be uploaded to the Division LMS by Learning Resource Learning Resources Management and Development (LRMD). Also, they should inform their respective Public Schools District Supervisors of their choices.
Schools shall get a copy of the diagnostic test in the Microsite found in the Division Website.
It is understood that the results of the diagnostic test shall be used solely to design appropriate assistance for schools and will not in any way use to determine school’s performance.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
