This is to congratulate SCARLET T. CHIONG, Grade 10 of Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School, for bagging the FIRST PLACE in the recently concluded NDRM 2018 Regional Essay Writing for Secondary Students Contest held in University of Perpetual Help System-Dalta Campus. Awarding ceremony was held at Tagaytay International Convention Center last August 30, 2018.
