This Office congratulates the winners in the 2020 National Schools Press Conference and 2020 National Festival of Talents held in Tuguegarao City and Isabela respectively last March 9-13, 2020. Moreover, this Office commends the collaborative effort of parents, teachers, school heads, and supervisors in-charge of campus journalism and Technolympics.
