This Office hereby provides the field with the enclosed copy of communication received from FRANCE L. CASTRO – Party List Representative, ACT Teachers, House of Representatives, Quezon City to inform the listed participants on the proposed schedule and venue of the Consultative Assembly of the Officers of Public School Teachers ‘Association in the Different Divisions of Region IV- A.
In relation, Teacher- Participation to the assembly shall be on official time only subject to the non- disruption of classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled, Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time- On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
