1. With the steadfast and strong commitment of the City Government of Dasmarinas to provide quality and responsive sports development program for our student-athletes and young Dasmarineno, in partnership with DepEd City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of Consultative Meeting of All Public and Private Schools Sports Coordinators with Hon. Elpidio F. Barzaga Jr., Representative, Lone District, Dasmarinas City on Friday, January 13, 2023 (1:30 pm) at McDonalds Antlers.
2. This coordination meeting aims to provide participants updates on the current issues and concerns relative to the conduct of 2023 Palarong Pambansa and other lower sports competition.; as well as present the initial plans relative to the conduct of Dasmarinas City Meet 2023 in preparation for the participation to CALABARZON Heroes Games and Palarong Pambansa 2023.
3. Target participants are the Schools Division Superintendent, CID and SGOD Chiefs, Division Sports Officer, MAPEH Supervisor, SPED Supervisor, and identified School Sports Coordinators as follows:
