This Office, through the CID-Alternative Learning System, shall conduct “Convergence
and MOU Signing with the Service Providers of ALS” on Friday, November 4, 2022,
2:00 in the afternoon at ALS Conference Room, SPED and ALS Building, Dasmarinas
2 Central School Compound, Brgy. Burol 1, Dasmarinas City.
This activity is incompliance on Paragraph 9.3 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11510 also known as Alternative Learning System Act
states that “partnership with other government agencies, LGU’s and the private sector,
ensure access to educational opportunities for learners of different interests, learning
needs, capabilities, demographic characteristics and socio-economic status who have
been unable to complete formal basic education”.
Moreover, this aims to strengthen ALS implementation through partnership and to
recognize partners for continuously providing equitable, quality education for ALS
learners.
