To harmonize the preparations made for Brigada Eskwela 2019 at the Division and school level, there will be a coordination meeting involving all Adopt-a-School/Brigada Eskwela Coordinators on May 15, 3:30 PM at the Division Office Conference Room.
The following matters shall be discussed:
• Brigada Eskwela 2019 Implementing Guidelines
• Division Kick-Off Caravan and Volunteers’ Day
• Brigada Eskwela Monitoring Team and Schedule
• Brigada Eskwela/ DRRM/ WINS Monitoring Tools
• Submission of Brigada Eskwela Reports
• Other Matters! Concerns
Attendance is a must. In case the school ASP/BE Coordinator could not attend the meeting due to a valid reason, a replacement must be sent, subject to the advice of the school head.
