Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 227 s. 2012 re: Guidelines on the Use of DepEd Email Service, the field is hereby informed that the designated DepEd Verifiers shall accept emails only from official DepEd Email of individual employees for submission of requirement for confirmation of GSIS loan applications as follows:
1. Scanned Verified True Copy of latest payslip signed by School Head (PDF file format)
2. Picture of loan details thru GWAPS kiosk/Tentative Loan Computation from GSIS
