As a Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 104 s. 2019 re: Monitoring of Classes for SY 2019-2020 in Public and Private Elementary and Secondary Schools, this Office announces that the updated attached tool (see Enclosure 1) shall be used in the conduct of monitoring and opening of classes.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
