Corrigendum to Division Memorandum no. 89 s. 2015 Re: Project “DEW” (Division Excellent Workers) Employee Performance awards. As per advised by the Schools Division Superintendent the category will be changed into six (6) such as:
• Category 1- OSDS (ICT, Legal, Finance, AO, Records, Personnel,
Cashier, Property)
• Category 2- CID (EPS, PSDS)
• Category 3- SGOD (Planning, M and E, HRD, Engineering / Facilities)
• Category 4- EPS II, PDO (CID/ SGOD)
• Category 5- General Services (Clerks / ADA)
• Category 6- Utilities (Drivers / Janitors)
Hence, there should be six nominees coming from different categories which will be ranked based from Prerequisites for qualification for the Award given Annually.
Immediate dissemination and appropriate action for this Memorandum is desired.
