Relative to Division Memorandum re: WinS Monitoring Report for SY 2021-2022, dated 29 December 2021, the field is hereby informed that the deadline of submission will be extended until March 21, 2022. This is to give ample time for data collection particularly for the Deworming SY 2021-2022 Report.
