Attached herewith is a copy of Regional Memorandum dated March 7, 2019 re: Data on Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s) beneficiaries in schools to inform the field of the recently concluded 1St Quarter Regional Enter – Agency Committee (RIAC) meeting.
Relative thereto, all public elementary and secondary school heads are advised to facilitate the gathering and submission of the necessary data relative to 4P’s by using the attached Local Partnership Accomplishment Dashboard Template of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Moreover, the submission of report in soft copy shall be on March 13, 2019 through the SGOD email: sgod.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph
