In reference to DepEd Memorandum OM-PHRODFO-20 19 re: Validation Workshop Relative to the Grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for FY 2018, this Office will conduct a Division Orientation and Validation to determine the number of school-based personnel eligible to receive the PBB. The orientation is scheduled on September 9, 2019, 8:00am at the Bulwagang Sigasig, Dasmarinas City.
Participants to this activity are the members of the Division Performance Management Team (PMT) and School PMT composed of School Heads and personnel in-charge of PBB preparation.
The scheduled validation is on the following dates at the Office of the Private Schools.
