With reference to Proclamation No. 1117 by the President of the Philippines signed by Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea, March 22, 2021 (Monday) is declared as a special (non-working) day in the province of Cavite in celebration of the birth anniversary of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines.
