Due to the suspension of classes because of COVID-19 virus which hindered schools to administer the 4th Grading Examinations, the Department of Education (DepEd) issued the 4th Quarter Grading and Transmutation Templates (Grade 1 to Grade 10; Senior High School- Academic Track; and Senior High School – TVL, Sports and Arts and Designs tracks) to facilitate the efficient and accurate computations of grades. This is in support to DepEd Memorandum 42, s.2020 otherwise known as Guidelines for the Remainder of School Year 2019-2020 in Light of COVID-19 Measures.
