This referes to the attached DepEd Memorandum OASF-2019-021 dated July 7, 2019 and letter of Atty. Nora M. Malubay, Executive Vice President, Core Business Sector of GSIS re: DepEd personnel with due and demandable accounts with the GSIS.
As stated in paragraph 2 of the said memorandum, the concerned borrowers are advised to fully settle due and demandable accounts with the GSIS, either through salary deduction or direct payments to the GSIS branch near their work stations, to avoid compound penalties and surcharges. The concerned borrowers shall be notified in letter as soon as this office has received the list from the Regional Office.
