In line with the QUA Memorandum 00-1020-0238, DEPED Error Watch Initiative dated October 12, 2020, the field is hereby informed that the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration announces the DEPED Error Watch initiative as response to numerous reports about errors found in learning materials released by the Department of Education.
The goal of this initiative is to receive and collate reports of errors found in different learning materials (i.e., Self-learning Modules (SLMS), other printed materials, DepEd TV, DepEd Commons, DepEd TV YouTube Channel, etc.) and to forward these to the appropriate offices for validation and correction. The Curriculum and Instruction and Administration Strands and all other concerned offices are finalizing systems and processes to appropriately address error reports.
The DepEd Error Watch initiative will make use of these platforms for reporting:
