Attached herewith is the Regional Memorandum No. 216 S. 2021 on the Deployment of Questionnaire of the Study Titled “Stress, Depression and Academic Workload in the Workplace of Educators in the Philippines during Pandemic,” this Office requests the field to disseminate and to facilitate the accomplishment the questionnaire among the teachers relative to the said study.
