In the exigency of service to unceasingly provide technical assistance and essential school governance related services deemed necessary for continuously improving and increasingly raise the level of school – based management practice in all schools, this Office hereby informs the field of the designation of Mr. Wilson G. Centeno, Senior Education Program Specialist (SEPS) of the School – Based Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit as the Division School – Based Management Coordinator.
This assignment shall take effect upon issuance of this Memorandum and the duration of which shall last until this issuance is superseded for the best interest of the organization.
